Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with 99% accuracy to ensure timely delivery.
- Verify item descriptions against work orders and ensure proper packaging.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor systems.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse floor at all times.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks efficiently during peak hours.
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods immediately to the supervisor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for counting inventory and handling cash registers (if applicable).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
