Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with a focus on 99.9% accuracy.
- Utilize handheld scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track inventory.
- Inspect products for quality and damages before packing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to keep operations moving.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize picking routes and workflows.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Basic computer literacy and experience using scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation and a valid ID.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime as needed.
