Responsibilities
- Pick products from warehouse shelves according to customer orders using handheld scanners or pick lists.
- Pack items securely into cartons, crates, or bags to prevent damage during transit.
- Verify order accuracy by checking quantities and ensuring correct labeling.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or order pickers (certification preferred).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily targets.
- Report inventory discrepancies or damaged goods to the shift supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for accurate counting.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate warehouse technology.
- Valid driver's license (not always required but a plus).
