Job Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and pick-to-light systems.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and ensure they meet packaging standards.
- Label, weigh, and securely package items for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently.
- Assist with inventory counts and resolve any discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not always required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic reading and writing skills to follow safety protocols and labels.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work well under pressure.
- Reliable transportation to and from work is mandatory.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods during shifts.
