Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise according to customer orders and shipping labels with high accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure they meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely manner.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required for entry-level positions.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read pick tickets.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and walk long distances.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Valid driver's license (not always required for internal roles).
