Job Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Accurately select items from the inventory list and prepare them for shipment using standard warehouse equipment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of picked items and assist in cycle counts.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and scanners (training provided).
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the packing area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Order Fulfillment: Work efficiently to meet daily shipping quotas and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety protocols.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and follow instructions.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Pick items accurately according to pick tickets.
- Package goods securely for shipment.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety and company policies.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid ID and ability to work in the USA.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Willingness to undergo background checks.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus.
