Responsibilities
- Pack items into boxes and crates ensuring safety and proper labeling.
- Retrieve products from shelves and storage areas using scanners and handheld devices.
- Verify order accuracy and scan barcodes to log inventory.
- Inspect goods for damage or defects before packaging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous warehouse or retail experience is a plus but not required.
