Responsibilities
- Select and verify items from the warehouse shelves based on pick tickets or orders.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to ensure safe delivery.
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified) to move heavy loads within the facility.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and 5S standards.
- Inspect products for damage or defects and report any issues to the supervisor immediately.
- Accurately scan and label packages to ensure proper tracking and inventory accuracy.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to read pick tickets and labels.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required for entry-level positions.
