Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inspect items for damage and ensure accurate product labeling before shipping.
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment safely (certification provided).
- Organize inventory and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely manner, ensuring cargo security.
Qualifications
- No prior warehousing experience required; we train the right candidates.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends if needed.
