Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products and materials to and from storage areas, production lines, and delivery vehicles using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and label customer orders to ensure timely and correct delivery.
- Inventory Control: Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and maintaining accurate stock records in the warehouse management system.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and warehouse regulations to maintain a hazard-free working environment.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor organized and tidy, ensuring efficient workflow and easy access to inventory.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections of equipment and report any maintenance needs to supervisors immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: No prior warehouse experience required; comprehensive on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50+ pounds repeatedly; ability to stand for extended periods.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
