Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on pick lists and RF scanners.
- Packing: Properly pack selected items into boxes, ensuring secure wrapping and labeling.
- Quality Control: Verify that the correct items are being picked and packed to minimize errors and returns.
- Inventory Management: Maintain the organization of the warehouse aisles and stockrooms.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to focus and ensure accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability: Consistent work history and punctuality are required.
- Basic Math: Ability to read pick tickets and perform basic calculations if necessary.
- Availability: Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or fulfillment center experience is a plus but not mandatory; we provide training.
