Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves according to pick tickets and customer orders.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for defects and ensure packaging is secure and meets company standards.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts as required by your station.
- Inventory Management: Maintain organized stock areas and help ensure inventory accuracy.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety guidelines and warehouse protocols at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended shifts.
- Experience Level: No prior experience required. We provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred, but not mandatory.
- Skills: Basic reading comprehension and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliability: Must have reliable transportation and a history of punctual attendance.
