Responsibilities
- Efficiently operate forklifts and material handling equipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Safely load/unload shipments and organize inventory with zero-damage precision
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Train new operators on warehouse procedures and safety standards
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/forklift experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic math proficiency for inventory calculations
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- WMS system experience (e.g., Oracle, SAP) preferred
