Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise according to customer orders using handheld scanners and RF devices.
- Inspect items for damage and ensure quality control standards are met before shipment.
- Label, box, and prepare packages for shipment efficiently to meet daily targets.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure accurate inventory counts and flow.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn scanning equipment quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- Reliable transportation and a good driving record.
