Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship products using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely after completing company certification
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation in real-time
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile devices
- Valid driver’s license preferred (for equipment operation training)
