Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with high accuracy and speed using handheld scanners.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and power jacks, in compliance with safety protocols.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and ensure they meet company standards before shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring proper handling of merchandise.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve inventory discrepancies and optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail environment is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading skills for inventory management.
- Forklift certification (will train if no experience).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
