Responsibilities
- Pick items from warehouse shelves according to customer orders and picking tickets.
- Package items securely using boxes, tape, and protective materials.
- Operate handheld scanners or RF guns to ensure accurate inventory tracking.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area to prevent accidents.
- Inspect goods for damage before packing them for shipment.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks and trailers as required.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies strictly.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic reading and math skills to read labels and scan barcodes.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team setting.
