Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and speed using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain organized and clean workstations and inventory areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping deadlines
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures
- Support inventory counts and cycle counts as required
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or picker/packer experience preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation to our Mission District location
- Availability for weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday 6AM-2PM or 2PM-10PM)
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team environment
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Ability to work overtime during peak seasons
