Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.8% accuracy using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) following OSHA safety standards
- Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies to shift supervisors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Maintain organized workstations and adhere to 5S methodology
- Process returns and damaged goods according to company protocols
- Train new team members on picking/packing procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or fulfillment center experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math proficiency and attention to detail
- Valid forklift certification preferred (training provided)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including overtime
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Proficient with handheld scanning technology
