Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to company standards and customer specifications
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified)
- Scan and label packages for shipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Participate in regular inventory counts and cycle counts
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly production goals
- Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or picker/packer experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
