Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Ensure all items are correctly labeled, packaged, and prepared for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Inspect goods for quality and damage, reporting any discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff to meet daily productivity targets.
- Load and unload trucks as required to support outbound operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new warehouse software.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
