Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products within the warehouse efficiently and safely.
- Package and prepare shipments for delivery using appropriate materials and equipment.
- Organize inventory, label stock, and maintain accurate records.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
