Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently based on pick lists.
- Inspect items for quality assurance and report any damages or defects.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and barcode scanners.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company policies.
- Meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve any logistical issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
