Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from designated storage areas.
- Utilize handheld RF scanners to accurately manage inventory and track stock movements.
- Perform daily cycle counts and verify stock levels against inventory records.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping and receiving goals.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company operational procedures.
- Package and label items securely for shipment.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read and understand labels and barcodes.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not mandatory for the right candidate.
