Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Scan items using handheld RF scanners to verify inventory counts.
- Ensure products are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure safety standards.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to meet daily production targets.
- Report inventory discrepancies or damaged goods to the shift supervisor.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
- Must be available for night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
