Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (pallet jacks, forklifts with training)
- Maintain clean and organized workstations throughout shift
- Conduct quality checks on outgoing products to ensure zero-defect shipments
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Follow all safety protocols and report equipment issues immediately
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counting activities
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we train all new hires
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours) with breaks
- Basic math skills for order verification and inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation to our Nashville location
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with proper lifting techniques
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check
