Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Packaging & Shipping: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and maintaining accurate stock levels.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards to maintain a safe working environment.
- Trucking Operations: Load and unload trailers and trucks in a timely manner.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions and maintain high accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if needed.
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
