Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision using warehouse management systems
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification training provided)
- Perform quality checks on products before packaging and shipping
- Maintain organized inventory records and report discrepancies
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and housekeeping standards
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments using proper techniques
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse or logistics experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not mandatory
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new technologies
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
