Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise accurately into the warehouse system.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with precision and speed.
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (reach trucks, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory reconciliation to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to 5S principles.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure workflow efficiency and meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Forklift certification is a strong plus but not required (on-the-job training provided).
- Basic math skills and proficiency with handheld scanners or computer systems.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
