Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications using RF scanners and handheld devices
- Inspect products for quality and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage
- Maintain organized and clean workstations in accordance with safety protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and conveyor systems (training provided)
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Report inventory discrepancies and equipment malfunctions to supervisors
- Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - comprehensive training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new technologies
- Reliable transportation to our Brooklyn facility
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
