Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack merchandise according to pick lists and shipping orders.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing products for quality assurance and damage.
- Ensure all packaging materials are used efficiently and securely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Operate standard warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to meet daily shipping targets.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock organization as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8-10 hours).
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills to follow written instructions.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
