Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to picking lists and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and scanners safely
- Maintain organized and clean workstations throughout shift
- Perform inventory checks and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
- Assist with loading/unloading of shipments as needed
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – full training provided
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods with lifting up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Basic computer literacy for scanning systems
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
