Responsibilities
- Pick orders efficiently using RF scanners and pick lists
- Pack items securely with proper cushioning and labeling
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before shipment
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training)
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- No experience required - comprehensive training provided!
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Stand/walk for 8+ hour shifts
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable transportation to worksite
