Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and handheld devices
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (pallet jacks, forklifts with training)
- Inspect products for quality and report any discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain organized and clean workstations and storage areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle checks
Qualifications
- No prior experience necessary – full training provided!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic math skills and ability to read instructions
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
