Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to packing lists and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks) with proper safety protocols
- Inspect products for damage and ensure proper labeling before shipping
- Maintain organized inventory records and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments and basic warehouse maintenance
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - comprehensive training provided
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
