Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to warehouse specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (forklift, pallet jack, etc.)
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies immediately
- Maintain organized inventory records and update tracking systems
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks and sorting incoming shipments
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train all new hires!
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Valid government-issued photo ID for background check
- Reliable transportation to our New York facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Team player with excellent communication abilities
