Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and speed
- Operate warehouse equipment (scanners, pallet jacks) safely
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
- Follow strict safety protocols at all times
- Assist with receiving, sorting, and stocking merchandise
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Stand/walk for 8+ hours in a climate-controlled facility
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills
