Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack products from warehouse shelves according to customer orders.
- Inspect items for quality, damages, or defects before packaging.
- Label packages accurately and verify shipping information.
- Load goods onto trucks and ensure proper weight distribution and safety.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management software systems.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
