Responsibilities
- Select merchandise from warehouse shelves based on pick tickets using RF scanners or handheld devices.
- Package items securely with appropriate wrapping and labeling for shipment.
- Verify order accuracy to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to adhere to safety standards.
- Collaborate with the packing team to meet daily production targets.
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Report damaged goods or inventory discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
