Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from shelves and storage areas using handheld scanners and RF equipment.
- Verify the accuracy of items against purchase orders to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials (boxes, tape, bubble wrap).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times to comply with safety regulations.
- Operate warehouse machinery such as forklifts (if certified) or pallet jacks.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, adhering to strict time schedules.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock rotation processes.
Qualifications
- No prior experience necessary; we provide comprehensive training.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours) on concrete floors.
- Basic math skills for weighing and measuring packages.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
