Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trailers, ensuring proper weight distribution and securing cargo.
- Inspect machinery daily for any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stock in designated areas.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (CDL or Class A/B/C not required but preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year of previous forklift experience in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
