Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack products according to customer orders and specific packaging instructions.
- Inspect items for quality assurance and damage before packaging.
- Ensure accurate labeling and documentation of all outgoing orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with company safety standards.
- Operate handheld scanners or computer terminals to update inventory status in real-time.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse equipment and materials handling.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn scanning software quickly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in a warehouse environment.
