Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from trailers, pallets, and shelves using hand trucks, forklifts, and other machinery.
- Package and prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring all labels and documentation are accurate.
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in the organization of the warehouse floor to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- Operate scanning equipment and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse software.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (loading docks).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (if applicable to the role).
