Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with precision using RF scanners and digital systems
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, conveyors) after training
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies
- Maintain organized inventory storage zones
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Meet daily productivity targets with overtime flexibility
- Collaborate with team leads for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours per shift
- Basic math and literacy skills
- Reliable transportation to industrial area
- Willingness to work flexible hours including overtime
