Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with high accuracy and speed using warehouse management systems.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts (after certification), and conveyor systems.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly productivity targets.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required for entry-level roles.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
