Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision using handheld scanners and RF technology
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts after certification)
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean and organized workstations to meet safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counting procedures
- Adhere to company policies and OSHA safety regulations
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience necessary – training provided!
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-10 hours per day with reasonable accommodations
- Basic math skills for inventory verification and order accuracy
- Reliable transportation to our Nashville facility
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly with proper technique training
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
