Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts after certification) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory counts and stock rotation procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
- Report equipment malfunctions or inventory discrepancies promptly
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required - we provide full training!
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems training
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid government-issued ID for background check
- Reliable transportation to Dallas warehouse location
