Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld RF scanners.
- Verify item quantities and quality, ensuring all products meet our high standards before shipping.
- Label, wrap, and prepare packages for shipment to various destinations, including Texas.
- Operate warehouse machinery safely, including forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Assist in loading outbound trucks and unloading inbound shipments during peak times.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic reading and math skills to scan barcodes and verify order details.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Chicago, IL facility.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety protocols.
- No prior warehouse or logistics experience is required; a positive attitude is a must!
