Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and scanners safely
- Maintain organized inventory counts and report discrepancies promptly
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Participate in regular overtime shifts to support peak demand periods
- Assist with cycle counts and warehouse maintenance tasks
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
