Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and package incoming shipments accurately and efficiently
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training) to move materials
- Maintain organized inventory using barcode scanners and digital systems
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks for timely dispatch
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- No experience necessary—comprehensive training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
- Reliable transportation to the Jacksonville, OH facility
